With a fabulous in-house catering team at your disposal, who you will be required to use, but don’t worry – you couldn’t ask for anything more from this incredibly talented team, you’ll be spoiled and treated like royalty. Like I mentioned before, all the vegetables and fruit come from their own on-site orchard, the salami comes from their breeding pork and the bread and pasta are homemade every day. The delicious olive-oil is also produced in house on the estate and used to prepare their tasting dishes. The wedding menu usually starts with an appetizer/ starter buffet served in their beautiful terraced garden, continuing with two different types of pasta and a main course with a choice of side dish. It wouldn’t be complete without a tempting dessert buffet and the wedding cake to complete the reception. In terms of the bar, you’ll have a selection of prosecco for the aperitif, white and red wine from selected wine producers, coffee, and spirits.
